In the morning at Husaini masjid following Fajr namaz there was Tilawat e Quran and Urs Majlis for Syedna Abdullah Badruddin and Daris majlis. A cake was cut to celebrate Moula Burhanuddin TUS’s Wiladath on 6 March.
Later in The day, starting after 1130 am Juluus celebrating Milad al Nabi was held in Pettah area of Colombo. This is the busiest area in Colombo. Qasida and Madhe was recited along the route of the parade and band belonging to Mumineen provided support. Amil Saheb led Juluus along with Muwain Amil Saheb, Mashaykh, Moallimeen, Ayyan al Jamaat, Mumineen and Farzando.
The Juluus ended at Saifi Masjid with Sri Lankan National Anthem and Then Mumineen joined in Imamat namaz with Amil Saheb.
After Namaz Khushi Majlis was held and again a cake was cut on honour o Moulana’l Manaam’s Wiladat Anniversary.
After majlis Fakhir Niyaz was held where all Mumineen Muminaat and Ferzando were invited..
